I have been getting this spice from Lynchburg, Tennesee for several years and it has won many BBQ championships. I am really pleased that I can order it from Canada now. The spice is amazing and I use it on every kind of meat including fish, but on rack of lamb, sirloin tip roast and ribs is where it really excels.
