The sweet, fresh taste of pears and apple is braced by the glowing heat from Ghost peppers. This hot sauce is fantastic on pork, turkey, lamb and duck. Because of its fruity sweetness it also makes a great addition to chutneys, marmalades, jams and jellies or drizzled atop ice cream and apple pie.
