By using a variety of superhots he's created a heat profile that is hits hard and fast but also lingers. This is a great all-purpose sauce for extreme chileheads. And it's made with all homegrown peppers! When you have as much experience with hot sauce making as the guys at Maritime Madness, you know how to make it HOT!
