Got this for Christmas from my wife and have almost gone through half a bottle already in the first week of January.
Very subtle heat that builds slowly to a medium level, but packed with flavor - the agave is pronounced right at the start and hangs around, but makes way for the cherry undertones as the heat builds.
Excellent on eggs, without leaving your mouth tingling for the rest of the morning...
