We're always excited to see Canadian hot sauces on the show and this one is a brilliant mix of bold heat and sweet flavour. By smoking some of the key ingredients and balancing the amount of Carolina Reaper peppers to give you the perfect amount of heat, the guys at Ginger Goat has put together a great medium heat, maximum flavour sauce.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, smoked pineapple, ginger, pineapple, carrot, lime juice concentrate, Carolina Reaper pepper, smoked onion, smoked garlic (olive oil, garlic), sugars (brown sugar), kosher salt, cilantro, turmeric. Net weight: 148 ml
