Melinda's Smokey Chipotle ketchup is a nice change from the run of the mill store bought ketchup. It's thick, smokey with a bit of a zip but not too much. It is reminiscent of a Smokey sweet bbq sauce and goes great on dogs, burgers and with fries. Would definitely buy again as it's a nice change from the run of the mill. Also, when squeezing the bottle, as the Chipotle ketchup is thick, it comes out in a thin stream making it manageable and not gloops and globs.

Discovered Melinda’s Chipotle ketchup a couple of years ago & love it. Was about to run out of stock & was looking for a Canadian supplier. My order of 12 bottles arrived promptly, was packaged so well that there was no breakage & I now have enough ketchup on hand to ensure that we do not run out during BBQ season.
Best use for this ketchup thus far: BBQ ground bison patties with minced shallot & organic no salt spice blend from Costco added to the fresh ground meat. Melt a slice of double smoked applewood cheddar on top of the BBQ patty & place on a toasted challah bun. Top with the chipotle ketchup. I have had guests actually moan in pleasure as they take the first bite…..

Very nice sauce, excellent balance between flavor and heat. Mixed it it with Mayo just for dipping of roasted chicken was a big hit with visitors
