Sauce piquante Calypso de Matouk

Surprisingly, nobody here has mentioned that this is a completely different animal than other sauces like your typical (franks) louisiana hotsauce, TX mx, and many Asian sauce s, on not even resembling (Jamaican) jerk sauce. It is a unique flavour. Very Caribbean. You'll notice it's yellow, not red, probably due to a mustard base and (duuuh) yellow scotch bonnet peppers that are in the same Scoville rating as habaneros but are their own family. Oops. Was just reprimanded... Same species as habanero. But Not a GMOd thing . Different flavor. I use it in Caribbean stew specifically, but nice on a side of eggs n yam fries. Or just tater fries... whatever...a unique flavor, its fecking grrreat
