I've been eating this sauce since I was old enough to eat. It's ab incredible balance of savoury, zesty, sweet, smoky, with a dash of heat. While it lacks the burn sought by many people frequenting this site, I've often found it pairs well with spicier, less complex vinegar-based sauces. This is a must try sauce and I can't describe how happy I am that Halifax's own has made it to the national market on this site. Uncle Dave would be proud.

I was there at the old Red Fox liars table when you first introduced this stuff , I am 74 now and still think it is the best in North America, had a feed tonight for supper with my Keith's and wings thanks for the best sauce around and thanks for all the great memories at the Fox

We love the hot sause.
But i think this is a nice medium flavour.
There could be a hotter wing sause too would be nice and flavourful.
