Bravado Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce
This was a gift for my husband’s birthday, it is his all-time favourite hot sauce with a perfect blend of flavour and heat! 👍🏻
While I am still using this hot sauce on stuff because it does have a nice kick and good flavors, it is a bit misleading as the blueberry flavor (although it is definitely there!) is not very sweet. I was hoping more for a sweet and spicy sauce, this is definitely my vinegary and spicy - like I said, I still like it, it just isn’t what I was expecting. I’m debating pouring some maple syrup in the bottle once I use a bit more and seeing if that gives me the flavor I want.
It tastes good and packs a punch. Very runny however. Not many applications for this sauce. I use it mainly in vinaigrettes.

Ok, so the sauce: Ghostpepper and Blueberry is simply delicious. I'm really looking forward to trying this on some desserts, perhaps with a mixture of actual blueberries.
As for it's heat, I found it to be right at the level it was advertised - which for me is just nice for regular use in a meal without it being "crazy hot". There is nothing wrong with "crazy hot" sauces either, when you are in the mood for them, but this is something I could use for its flavour alone, with its zing being a complete and satisfying bonus. I'll certainly be ordering this one again!
This one surprised me - I was looking for a sweeter blueberry reduction type deal with some real heat, and I have heard good opinions of this sauce - what I got was more like a red wine based sauce (white wine vinegar top ingredient, so should have expected as much...), no sweetness at all really. My initial impression was... underwhelming... maybe 3 starts tops for overall enjoyment/taste. I recently used this as a marinade for chicken and the blueberry came through nicely, and so I revised to just barely a 4 star rating. Heat is good, just not sweet at all. Probably won't buy again myself.
This hot sauce did have a bit of a kick and was a lot more fruity than I had expected, still need to figure out what foods I can add this too.
Very delicious, has a sweet blueberry taste then comes in with some fire but very good for dessert
