Insistent heat and a shape-shifting flavour profile are the hallmarks of this killer hot sauce. Starting off sweet the flavour quickly transitions to a more bold sweet & sour combination. The heat lingers pleasantly, a lovely reminder that this is not your average grocery store sauce.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, applesauce (apples, water), pears (pears, water, sugar, citric acid), Trinidad Scorpion pepper mash (Trinidad Scorpion peppers, salt), light brown sugar (cane sugar and molasses), blood orange concentrate (pure cane sugar, water, natural flavours, citric acid, vegetable juice (colour), potassium citrate, beta-carotene (colour), Jolokia pepper mash (Jolokia peppers, salt), water, red serrano pepper mash (red serrano peppers, salt), blood orange puree (blood orange juice concentrate, filtered water, fruit and vegetable juice (for colour) and natural flavour), lime juice, garlic, ginger root, xanthan gum. Incredible flavour - not so hot

This is probably one of the tastiest hot sauces I've ever had, the fruit flavours come through really well and the vinegary tang is great. Not a super hot sauce though, more like a level 5 or so.

Meh

Decent heat but I really didn't like the flavour.

Tangy flavour, great heat - feels hotter than advertised

I bought this for the pear / apple / blood orange angle + the Ghost & Scorpion peppers. This one was surprising: by the spoonful it was just ok, but on wings it was fantastic to mix things up. The fruit tang is definitely there and the heat feels like a 6/10... higher than the sub-40K scoville rating would suggest in my opinion.
