This hot sauce wasn't nearly as hot as i thought it would be but it's got an excellent flavour profile - extremely tasty, thick, and a well balanced natural flavor that brings out the taste of the pepper in a tomato spice base. Seriously, the flavour in this sauce meshes with almost anything and has been my most used since last ordering.
Don't get me wrong, it still has a serious bite, just not the scalding heat level I expected. Would buy again!
