Marie Sharp's Smoked Habanero Hot Sauce

This smoky hot sauce is made the same way the Mayan people used to smoke and prepare Habanero peppers.  This sauce is a first of its kind specially blended with carrots and onions to create the perfect balance between heat and flavour.
