There is no problem with the product itself - it is one of my son's favourites and I was happy to be able to locate it with your store.However, one of the bottles was all sticky on the outside, as if some of the hot sauce had oozed out of the plastic overlay top. When I called the store to tell them about it, I was told that "it happens sometimes" and that 'there was nothing they could do about it". I was disappointed in this kind of response; I would have appreciated the vendor offering to replace the bottle for me, especially when I told him that these bottles were going in my son's Christmas stocking.
