One of my favourite breakfast places years ago had this one at every table, I'd douse my omelettes and home fries in it. Now I've always got a bottle in my cupboard, for eggs, pizza, pasta, burgers, dips, you name it. As with other carrot-based sauces, its flavour isn't neutral but enhances pretty much anything you put it on.
