Fat Cat Peach Maple Bourbon Hot Sauce

A sweet and mild hot sauce inspired by Southern cooking and Georgia peaches.

Ingredients: Peaches (peaches, water, sugar), light brown sugar (cane sugar, molasses), Serrano pepper mash (Serrano peppers, salt), onions, bourbon (40%ABV), apple cider vinegar (8% acidity), pure maple syrup, red wine vinegar, garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), cinnamon.
