Maybe this sauce was chosen to lull their guests into a false sense of security but we think Hot Ones chose this one to start off with because of its unique, fresh taste. You might not have thought to combine roasted Shishito peppers with kombucha in a hot sauce but thank goodness someone did and brought this deliciousness to life!
