Dawson's Sweet Pear Chili Hot Sauce

Ordered quite a few bottles and all arrived in perfect condition, even though it was cold. There was a delay in the shipment due to the extreme cold, but it eventually was able to ship.

I didn't really feel much heat or taste the pears from this sauce. Also very thick, I had to use a utensil to get the sauce out of the bottle.

This is a great fruit based sauce that goes extremely well with pork, turkey, and chicken. I use it instead of the traditional apple and cranberry sauces. I had stuffed a pork roast with sliced apples and this sauce and it turned out to be quite a crowd pleaser. The heat was not intense at all after cooking.
