Very different from others I've tried. Not hot as advertised (only 1 pepper) but does have a slight lingering heat from the cayenne. Nice and thick, almost like tomato paste. Not sweet from the ketchup but more tomatoey and zesty. Not too smokey either which I don't like but more savory with garlic and onion as the dominant flavors. Will but again for sure.
