I have been using Melinda's Habanero Hot Sauce for more than 25 years to make Super Bowls wings for about 30 guys and I always get great praise. If you can get Melinda's XXXtra or even better Melinda's XXXXtra and combine it with soy and white vinegar, Louisiana Original Hot sauce it's awesome! About 45% of Louisiana & soy and 10% XXXXtra 1.5 cups of vinegar - marinate for two days then cook the wings in a wok! ENJOY! Many thanks to Chilly Chiles for supplying Melinda's sauces. Thx Blair.
