The Black Phantom is a new superhot hybrid with Ghost pepper lineage. Sweet and floral, it's the perfect companion to the berries in this sauce. The haskap berry has a slightly tart flavour that tastes something like a cross between a blueberry and a raspberry. Pair with BBQ, stews, soups, cheese and desserts.
