Fury Jerk Hot Sauce

Bring the taste of the Caribbean to your own table with this delicious hot sauce, made in Ontario. All the flavours you would expect from a traditional Jamaican jerk sauce and a nice, medium heat. Fermentation adds an extra layer of flavour, making it less vinegar forward than many other sauces.

Ingredients: Scotch Bonnet, sherry vinegar, papaya, canola oil, charred lime juice, sugars (evaporated cane juice), scallions, yellow onions, soy sauce, tamarind, sea salt, Worcestershire, spice, xanthan gum.
