A tantalizing blend of Scorpion and Carolina Reaper peppers gives this hot sauce an intense heat level while carrots, onion and lemon add a sweet and savoury flavour profile with a hint of citrus. A great all-purpose hot sauce for the serious chilehead.

Ingredients: Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper chili peppers, water, carrots, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, acetic and citric acids (acidity regulators), onion, lemon, passionfruit (citric extracts), sugar cane vinegar, xanthan gum (thickener), ascorbic acid (antioxidant). 148 ml

Good flavor, medium heat

While it's not one of the hottest sauces out there, it packs a bit of a punch. The consistency is more on the liquid side, so it flows out of the bottle nicely, even when cold. It has a vinegar forward flavor followed by peppers. It's a great sauce for everyday foods, but it pairs best with meats.
