This ketchup was born at the end of WWII when a global tomato shortage forced manufacturers to be creative.   

Ingredients: Filtered water, banana (29%), sugar, salt, modified cornstarch, acidity regulator (acetic acid), onioin, garlic, hot pepper, preservatives (E85, E211), colour (E102).

I bought on a trip To st. lucie.

Very good sauce not too hot. I use it with chicken kebabs, burgers.i love it. Makes people ask for more

Banana ketchup

Took a chance on trying something different. So far, I have used this to mix in with my ground beef to make burgers and it definitely kicks the flavour up a couple of notches.
