A very rich and complex hot sauce well suited for all types of pasta dishes, sauces, stews soups and homemade marinades. With more flavour than heat, it's also great as a table sauce for steaks, burgers, pizza and TexMex dishes.

Ingredients: Water, red Jalapeno peppers, apple cider vinegar, tomatilloes (tomatilloes, salt and less than 2% citric acid),  garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, cayenne peppers,  chili powder, Anaheim chile powder, cilantro, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar,  Burgundy cooking wine, brown sugar (cane sugar and molasses), lemon juice, lime juice, paprika, curry powder, coriander.
