Like Tropic Star, that takes some of Smokin' Ed Currie's hottest peach pepper varieties and pairs them up with sweet, juicy mangoes and exotic spices like lemongrass and star anise. The finished result is a light flavour profile with a bright sweetness and fragrant aftertaste combined with a bold, deep heat that hits you right in the chest. Pair with stir fries, sushi, chicken, lamb, curries and pho.
