Used this in some quick stir fried veg and noodles last night . Adds a nice umami asian flavour and a decent kick of heat with just a spoonful in an entire wok of stir fry

Fly By Jing is definitely fly
This is great stuff! Fly By Jing not as crunchy as some other types of chili crisp, but they each have their unique attractions. (And one does not always desire a crunchy veloute, for example.) BTW, it’s perfectly true about chili crisp being addictive. I put it on/in everything now, and I’m shocked at how fast I go through a jar. (Shocked . . . but unrepentant :)
