Chilly Chiles massive collection of sauces is second to none. And the 3 sauces I ordered, which were created by a Montrealer are hot as advertised. I heartily recommend the Barbados hor sauce. On just about everything....eggs, steak, burgs...you name it.
Not a huge flavor burst but certainly a good one with a taste of the scotch bonnet.
Love this sauce. Lots of flavour and just the right amount of heat. Hot but not too hot. I can use a lot of it. Which I like.
This sauce pleasantly exceeded my expectations as I had been missing a sauce like this in my rotation for a while now, and this little bad boy hit the spot nicely. Excellent well-rounded flavour with good spice level and I've been eating it with things like turkey, seafood, and vegetables but can't wait to try it on chicken as I think it would be a bomb chicken sauce!! Wings especially :0
