We're always excited to see Canadian hot sauces on the show and this one is a brilliant mix of bold heat and sweet flavour. By smoking some of the key ingredients and balancing the amount of Carolina Reaper peppers to give you the perfect amount of heat, the guys at Ginger Goat has put together a great medium heat, maximum flavour sauce.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, smoked pineapple, ginger, pineapple, carrot, lime juice concentrate, Carolina Reaper pepper, smoked onion, smoked garlic (olive oil, garlic), sugars (brown sugar), kosher salt, cilantro, turmeric. Net weight: 148 ml

Your daises r realy good but u need to make hotter this one is ok need hotter

If you love ginger you will love this sauce.

The ginger is the star of the show in this sauce... which is why I'm personally not a huge fan. Ended up really using it for those rare occasions I didn't have access to fresh ginger when cooking.

This is a very tasty sauce with very nice balance of hot and flavorful. The heat is there, but not overpowering to our family. We use it quite liberally.
