Infused with black truffle oil from Italy, Truff is not your average hot sauce. A deep earthy aroma combined with a thick, luscious texture, bright red colour and a flavour profile that starts off very subtle and grows in complexity and intensity.

Ingredients: TRUFF Chili blend (Red chili peppers, water, vinegar, organic sugar, garlic, salt, Black truffle [Tuber Melanosporum]), organic agave nectar, olive oil infused with Black Truffle essence, lycopene and glycerin (for colour), spices, xanthan gum. 170 g

Good mushroomy sauce

This sauce is thick, rich, has striking colour and comes in a swanky looking bottle. It's got an earthy, sweet flavour and a delayed heat that isn't too strong. This goes great on pizza, in soup, on pasta, and anywhere else you would think of adding mushrooms.

interesting flavourful, not too hot

This sauce is on the sweet side, not very hot, lower acidity, and it is very thick/smooth (it has oils on the ingredient list). Subtle truffle flavor is there too.
