A tangy and zesty hot sauce that pairs well with chicken, rice, seafood and pork. All natural ingredients, vegan & gluten free.

Ingredients: Distilled vinegar, onion, aged Scotch Bonnet peppers, fresh radish, sea salt, fresh bell pepper, fresh and dried spices, rum, garlic*, apple cider vinegar*, prepared mustard (distilled vinegar, water, mustard grains, salt, spices, natural flavours). *Organic. Net weight: 148 ml

One of the better "Bajan" sauces not from the island.

It's pretty close to what we have in barbados, the ingredients are certainly all there. Love that they used fresh radish as my favourite sauce in Barbados does the same. Great attempt at capturing the Bajan spirit!
