In the 80’s a cousin used to send me via UPS a bushel of fresh Hatch chiles. The Chile powder produces a wonderful depth of flavour that you don’t find in other powders. Chilly Chiles sells Hatch Chile powder and I will be a regular customer!!!

Use this to make a red sauce for tacos or chili, and people will crawl through broken glass on their hands and knees for another mouthful. It adds a touch of heat and flavour that doesn't over power any other ingredients. I wish I'd known of this sooner.

So nice to be able to get Hatch Chili in Canada. Before I found this site in Canada I had to go to New Mexico to get our Hatch Chili.
