La Pimenterie Barbacoa BBQ Sauce

Montreal-based La Pimenterie makes excellent hot sauces and their BBQ sauces are just as amazing. Barbacoa is a Tex-Mex style BBQ sauce with a deep, bold flavour and subtle smoke courtesy of five different peppers.

Ingredients: Tomato paste, organic cider vinegar, water, sugars (organic cane sugar, molasses), tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), salt, dehydrated hot peppers (chipotle, ancho, mulato, guajillo, arbol), spices, mustard powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, xanthan gum. 350 ml
