This version of Johnny Scoville's Tube Of Terror challenge contains crunchy, toasted corn nuggets that have been liberally dusted with pepper powder made from Carolina Reaper, Moruga Scorpion, 7-pot Primo, 7-pot Douglah & Ghost. You have 10 minutes to finish the tube and then you must, to complete the challenge, endure 5 minutes of searing mouth pain with no relief from water, milk or any other liquids or solids.
