This is a very aromatic blend of seasoning that I found can be used on practically anything. Although it is labelled as mainly being a season for a variety of meats, I found it also enhances vegetable dishes and salads. It is superb sprinkled over a coleslaw. Using it on a dish after it is cooked preserves the full flavour and smells as I found that cooking it does reduce a lot of its aromatics. That said, it is an excellent addition to any dish, cooked or cold.
