Good amount of heat (not as hot as I expected) but the flavour is what really makes this sauce great. It's become my go to hot sauce.

Melinda's Naga Jolokia

While the Melinda's Ghost Pepper Sauce and the Melinda's Naga Jolokia Sauce have the same ingredients, the Naga Jolokia Sauce is much, much hotter. Just a drop or two of the Naga Jolokia sauce is enough. Any more than that, be prepared to weep.
