This Louisiana style hot sauce has a rich, smoky aroma, thick texture and bold, earthy flavour. Great with steak, burgers, wings, pizza and nachos.

Ingredients: Tomato puree (water, tomato paste), malt vinegar, Habanero peppers, Cayenne peppers, cane sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, dried garlic, paprika, molasses, spices, tamarind concentrate, lime juice concentrate, natural smoke flavour, xanthan gum.

Fantastic BBQ / TexMex Sauce!

As others have pointed out, it's a BBQ style hot sauce, with a wonderful smoky flavour profile, that's so awesome with tex-mex and bbq fare especially. I love using it on grill cheese sandwiches of all things!
