Originally created to raise funds for the rehabilitation of wetland habitats by North Carolina Ducks Unlimited, this tangy hot sauce has the perfect amount of heat versus flavour. From fancy Duck l'Orange to chicken nuggets, the lively citrus in this mild sauce goes well with any bird but try it also with seafood and shellfish!

Ingredients: Red Jalapeno pepper mash (Red Jalapeno peppers and vinegar), distilled vinegar, orange juice concentrate, garlic, ginger root. Net weight: 148ml
