The little spoon they give is the max amount to safely take. Gives a consistent burn, painful for 20 minutes and more. Very strong heat.

Its a good sauce that tastes like the regular 357 with extra kick but the 357 Gold Edition is a different recipe all together and is probably the best hot sauce I’ve ever tried for taste - plus with a serious kick.

packs heat, but it's an extract
great for chili and adding heat to anything you cook, but not much flavor as this is mainly an extract and just burns when eaten by itself. Gonna be a 10 to a non chili head!

Hot, but stomach pain!
Taste and heat wise it was solid.
But I experienced some significant stomach pain. Like PAIN. I've had my appendix burst and this was close on the pain meter!
