We're stoked to se Montreal's own La Pimenterie featured again on Hot Ones, this time with their hottest: The Forbidden Fruit. An intriguing blend of peppers creates a striking base of flavours and heat profiles that mingle to create heat that comes on quickly and lasts. The flavour profile is an updated take on the classic red table sauce - more elegant and refined with hints of oak and sour apple. Easily the most versatile sauce on this season, it pairs with pretty much everything.

Ingredients: Selected hot peppers (red long peppers, red Habanero peppers, red Jalapeno peppers, chocolate Habanero peppers, Bhut Jolokia peppers, Trinidad Scorpion peppers), water, white vinegar, shallots, cane sugar*, cider vinegar*, oak pellets infusion, garlic, salt, dehydrated Scorpion red peppers. *Organic ingredients. 148 ml
