This is the sauce I find people go reaching for at my bbqs. It goes great on burgers and dogs and the use of Screech is a nice nod to the maritimes.

Some friends brought me, unfortunately only 1 bottle, of this sauce after visiting home. Hot and spicy without the after-burn. Excellent for meat,stews and omelets.
