This chili oil is earthy, savoury and has just the right amount of heat. Shiitake mushrooms, black bean paste, tamari and tahini creates a deep and bold flavour profile. Versatile enough to pair with all your favourite dishes or experiment with creating new ones!

Ingredients: Vegetable oil, tamari (waster, soybeans, salt, sugar), white vinegar, Shiitake mushrooms, tomato paste, black bean paste (water, soybean, wheat flour, salt, caramel, corn starch, fermented soybean), chili peppers, spices, tahini, organic cane sugar.
