This banger of a hot sauce is the result of a collab between two of Quebec's finest: La Pimenterie and Piko Peppers. The old saying of "too many cooks spoil the soup" definitely doesn't hold true in this case, instead we get a stunning combination of the best of both brands. Smooth, complex, clean and interesting with a medium/hot heat level.
