A unique blend of sultry smoke and sharp citrus, this hot sauce balances bold flavours against intense, peppery heat.

Ingredients: Smoked Scotch Bonnet pepper mash (Scotch Bonnet peppers, white vinegar), bitter orange, jalapeno pepper mash (jalapeno, white vinegar), cilantro, salt, superhots pepper mash (Chocolate Ghost pepper, zing, Trinidad Scorpion, white vinegar), spice, smoked garlic, pepper powder mix (chipotle, Scotch Bonnet, Trinidad Scorpion).

Bold, complex flavour

Definitely has some kick to it but it's worth enduring for the incredible flavour. The roasted garlic is balanced with a bit of bitterness that works really well with the sweetness of the peppers. I love this sauce.

Great Caribbean Style Hot Sauce

This is a really tasty scotch bonnet based hot sauce, which I think is from Central America, but it reminds me a bit of a classic Jamaican Jerk hot sauce with the scotch bonnet and coriander. One of my favorites with that slow burn that creeps up on you.
