This tangy follow up to Keith's Chicken Sauce combines sweet figs & maple syrup with tangy mustard and smoked Serrano & Jalapeno peppers for a flavour profile that suits more than just burgers. Pair with steaks, wraps, sandwiches, salads and more!

Ingredients: Distilled vinegar, smoked serranos, smoked Jalapenos, smoked onions, smoked onion juice, maple syrup, mustard seed, figs (figs, rice flour), salt, sun-dried tomatoes, horseradish, garlic scapes, black pepper. Net weight: 148 ml

Looooove this sauce.

I bought each of the Keith’s sauces to try, and this one is excellent. It has very subtle spice, but comes in strong with mustard flavours mixed with sweet, tangy goodness, which I assume is from the figs and maple syrup. It is obviously perfect on a burger, but I’ve been enjoying it on chicken and on french fries, even on some cheese & spinach puff pastry. The heat level is low, but the flavours are awesome!

It was okay!

Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t bad by any means. But it also didn’t blow me away! It’s just alright.

Couldn't be better

Those two sauces are amazing burger sauce and chicken sauce is nearly empty after two weeks trying to ration it out is extremely difficult!! A great sign
