Obviously, the main selling point of this sauce is the heat, and to be clear - this is potent stuff. On a good day, this is pretty much the hottest thing I can eat and still enjoy whatever I'm eating.

That said, this sauce also has a bold, savoury flavour with strong caribbean influences, quite apart from the capsaicin level, and it would be a mistake to take it for a one-trick pony based on the bottle.

My husband loves your hot sauce and was sad when his first bottle ran out, so as a stocking stuffer I bought him more. This is a product that I will have to keep on hand.
