This is great stuff! Fly By Jing not as crunchy as some other types of chili crisp, but they each have their unique attractions. (And one does not always desire a crunchy veloute, for example.) BTW, it’s perfectly true about chili crisp being addictive. I put it on/in everything now, and I’m shocked at how fast I go through a jar. (Shocked . . . but unrepentant :)
