First off, I just want I want to acknowledge the amazing service I always get when ordering from Chilly Chiles ! You guys are very helpful and the delivery is super fast ! I'll always be ordering my sauces from you guys to be sure ! So on to the sauce. With this Quintana Roo you're hit with a blast of citrus, which is not surprising given the ingredients, but I also get the carrot and garlic as well in the background. Not really spicy with a mild kick and pairs well with eggs and tacos but really shines on fish dishes !
