This is not your basic chipotle hot sauce! Using bourbon-infused Chipotle as well as smoked Habanero peppers gives it an extra smoky flavour. Peaches and brown sugar adds sweetness while allspice, ginger, cinnamon and cloves give it a rich and bold flavour profile.
