The flavor isn't very noticeable past the vinegar notes. I can't really taste any reaper in it. The sauce is very watery/runny and contains water as an ingredient. Overall the heat level is about 5/10 at best. You can kick it up a notch by adding some reaper powder in it, but it will still have a runny consistency which is difficult to put on things like pizza.
