The Carolina Reaper Chipotle is the result of an amazing collaboration between Culley’s NZ and Puckerbutt Pepper Company in South Carolina, USA. Puckerbutt Pepper Co Ed Currie is the founder of the world’s hottest chilli “Carolina Reaper.” Chris and Ed were so excited to work together on this amazing sauce. It's a must-try for anyone who likes chipotle and can handle a bit of heat!

Ingredients: Crushed tomato (tomato, tomato puree, sea salt and citric acid), Chipotle peppers (smoked Jalapeno peppers, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, water and vegetable oil), roasted red peppers (roasted red peppers, water, salt, citric acid), onions, pure cane sugar, distilled vinegar (diluted with water to 10% acidity), Reaper pepper mash (Reaper peppers, vinegar), water, natural smoke flavouring, garlic (garlic, water), salt, smoked paprika, black pepper. Smoky, savoury, and just spicy enough to not be overpowering. It has quickly become my favourite hot sauce, and one that I make sure I'm never out of.

Delicious!

Well-balanced sauce - the chipotle, roasted red pepper and tomato all come through, giving it a flavour close to a good bbq sauce. The reaper gives it a good sting, not so strong that you’ll regret it, I would say a medium-strong heat.
